Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns if the products we send you are faulty. We do everything we can to ensure that our products maintain high standards of quality, however if you have a genuine reason to feel that the item you receive is not of these standards, we will gladly process a refund once the shirt is posted back to us.
Refunds are not given if you simply change your mind.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal & credit card payments. No other payment methods are accepted.
What if my item doesn't arrive?
Please contact us if your item has not arrived within the recommended time period listed in our shipping chart. We will follow this up the postal company and if the item cannot be found within a reasonable period of time, we will process a full refund.
Are your shirts authentic?
Yes, all the items we sell on this website are 100% authentic.
What are the shipping costs?
To check the shipping cost, please go to the Shipping page. You can also refer to the Shipping Calculator, which can be found on the 'Cart' page once items have been added to the cart.
Do you ship to every country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping options available for each country can be found at the Shipping page.
Do you offer customisation, such as name and number printing?
Unfortunately not. We don't have the facilities on hand to do such printing for individual orders. However, we are able to offer customisation for larger orders. Please contact us for further details regarding this.
Why is the shipping cost for 2 shirts the same as the shipping cost for 1 shirt?
Australia Post, which is the postal service we use for all shipments, calculates postage by weight. There is a set cost for postage of parcels up to 500 grams, and then the cost increases for parcels over 500 grams. Generally, each of our shirts will weight about 220 grams, and as such as the postage cost for 2 shirts will be the same as postage cost for 1 shirt. Similarly, the postage cost for 4 shirts will be the same as the postage cost for 3 shirts.

Can I change or cancel an order?
When an order is sent to us from our site, we are generally unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "Complete Order." You may contact us if you wish to make a change. However, due to the above, we cannot guarantee your order will be changed.
